BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WCBS 880) — Police in Connecticut think they've solved a series of arson fires.

Two Stratford teens accused of burning down the Shakespeare Theater are now also suspected in a total of six other recent fires.

According to the arrest warrants, Christopher Sakowicz and Vincent Keller, both 18, admitted to setting the fires throughout Milford and West Haven.

The case broke last month when the mother of a suspect in the Shakespeare Theater fire called a state police arson tip line reporting that her son had received a message on Snapchat from two of his friends, claiming they set the fire.

Keller and Sakowicz appeared in a Bridgeport courtroom on Tuesday in connection to the alleged theater arson and a March 9 truck fire.
