March 13, 2019 - 7:56 pm

NEW YORK (WCBS 880/AP) — A judge said Wednesday “Full House” actress Lori Loughlin could be released from police custody after posting $1 million bond in a college bribery case.

Loughlin was taken into custody early Wednesday for her alleged role in the largest college admissions cheating scandal ever prosecuted by the Department of Justice.

She’s accused of negotiating with a college consultant to bride admissions officials and coaches in order to get her two daughters in the University of Southern California.

She appeared in front of a federal judge in Los Angeles Wednesday afternoon and was later released after posting bond.

The judge has permitted her to travel to British Columbia, where she is currently filming projects in Vancouver and contracted to film projects until November.

She must surrender her U.S. passport in December.
