Man Struck, Killed By MTA Bus In Queens

NEW YORK (WCBS 880) -- A man was hit and killed by an MTA bus in Queens early Monday morning. 

It happened near the Jackson Heights-Roosevelt Avenue subway station around 3 a.m.

The Q33 bus driver is being questioned by police and has not been charged.

Roosevelt Avenue was closed in both directions at 75th Street for a few blocks but has since reopened.

It is unclear whether snowy conditions contributed to the fatal crash.

The victim has not been identified.

The investigation is ongoing.
