MTA Urine Attacks Suspect In Custody

NEW YORK (WCBS 880) – An arrest has been made in connection to the incidents in which urine was thrown on two female MTA workers in the Bronx.

The attacks took place about an hour apart on the 6 train in the Brook Avenue Station and on 138 Street in Grand Concourse on April 12. 

Police say the suspect touched a woman's behind and was arrested in Brooklyn for forcible touching, CBS2 reported. Authorities believe he is the same man responsible for the urine attacks.
