NEW YORK (WCBS 880) — At least three students at Manhattan College say a man broke into their apartment bedrooms while they slept.

Two female students at the college recently reported that they woke up to a man standing in their bedrooms. At least one was allegedly sexual assaulted.

Now, the New York Posts reports that a similar incident happened in 2016 at the college.

The student reported that she awoke during the night to find a man sitting on her window ledge, staring at her as she slept.

Her apartment building was on West 238th Street, across from the Overlook Manor Dorms, where the two most recent incidents also occurred.

No arrests have been made in the case and the investigation remains on going.

Meanwhile, Manhattan College has given new guidelines to students, instructing them to make sure that all doors and windows are locked before they go to sleep.
