NEW YORK (WCBS 880) — Straphangers on the 7 train might be hearing a new voice at each station this week.

Queens-native Awkwafina will be a rare celebrity guest announcer on the subway line to promote her new Comedy Central show, “Nora from Queens.”

Some of the funny quips riders might take notice of include: “This is Hudson Yards-34th Street. Hope you like weird architecture.”

Awkwafina, whose real name is Nora Lum, grew up in Flushing and her new show documents her childhood in the suburb.

The 31-year-old Asian-American actress is also a rapper and most recently won a Golden Globe for the movie “The Farewell.”

Her new show premieres on Jan. 22.
