Man, Woman Seen Threatening Each Other With Knives On Crowded Train Sought

NEW YORK (WCBS 880) -- Police are searching for a man and a woman seen on video threatening each other with knives while on a crowded train in Brooklyn.

 The incident occurred on a Manhattan-bound 2 train at President Street on Wednesday at approximately 5 p.m. in Crown Heights, officials say.

"What's depicted in that video is disturbing and unacceptable," MTA Chief Safety officer Patrick Warren said in a statement. "The MTA and NYPD have zero tolerance for violence in the subway system. In this instance a customer quickly notified a Transit employee, who immediately radioed for police assistance. The MTA is cooperating closely with the NYPD investigation."

No arrests have been made.
