Video Shows Woman, 72, Sucker Punched on Lower East Side
NEW YORK (WCBS 880) -- Police are searching for a woman who they say punched a 72-year-old in the head on the Lower East Side this week.
Surveillance video from Tuesday night shows the 72-year-old woman walking down Houston Street around 6 p.m. Tuesday, just outside of Russ & Daughters.
A woman in a large, puffy coat is shown punching the victim, who crumples to the ground.
Police say the victim sustained swelling and pain but declined medical attention.
