Perdue Recalls 31,000 Pounds Of Chicken Products

NEW YORK (WCBS 880) – Perdue Foods has recalled 31,703 pounds of ready-to-eat chicken products over fears they may have been contaminated with extraneous materials, including bones.

The USDA announced the recall Friday and says the products were produced on Mach 21, 2019.

The recalled products include Perdue Simply Smart Organics breaded chicken breast tenders, breaded chicken breast nuggets and breaded chicken breast strips.

They have the establishment number “EST. P-369” inside the USDA mark of inspection and were shipped to retail locations nationwide.
