MONTCLAIR, N.J. (WCBS 880)-- Plans for a house in Montclair, New Jersey that would be bigger than the White House was proposed.

The mega mansion would be 60,000-square feet and would be built where two historic mansions were torn down in February.

It would feature amenities like a spa, bowling alley, basketball court, movie theater, two elevators, an indoor and outdoor pool.

The proposed 6-acre estate appears to be owned by Melih Abdulhayoglu, who is already a Montclair resident.

NorthJersey.com reports that the estate would also feature a staff wing and include parking for 22 cars.
