Police Arrest Accused Would-Be Rapist After Recognizing Him From Wanted Poster

NEW YORK (WCBS 880) --  Two NYPD officers on patrol caught an accused would-be rapist after recognizing him from a wanted poster.

Police officials spotted Clarence Bradley, 23, a block from his home in the Bronx and arrested him for allegedly punching a 73-year-old woman in the face and then attempting to rape her on July 7.

Bradley also allegedly took the victim's bag with $20.

He was charged with rape 1st (attempt), robbery 1st and public lewdness.
