RONKONKOMA, N.Y. (WCBS 880) -- Two more Catholic schools are set to close on Long Island because of declining enrollment.

In the past five years alone, the enrollment at St. Joseph's School in Ronkonkoma and All Saints Regional School in Glen Cove dropped by an average of 30 percent.

The Diocese of Rockville Centre plans to hold open houses and assist parents in transferring their children to another Catholic school.

The news comes after a Catholic schools in Riverhead and West Islip closed last year.
