Caught On Video: Man Robbed After Punch Leaves Him Unconscious On Bronx Street

NEW YORK (WCBS 880) -- Police are trying to find two suspects who they said punched a man in the head, knocking him to the ground where he laid unconscious as others rifled through his pockets and his alleged attackers took pictures of him.

Surveillance video shows two men walk up to the 37-year-old victim at the corner of Aqueduct Avenue and Buchanan Place on the morning of June 18.

One of the suspects punches the man in the head causing him to land in the middle of the street unconscious. The duo was seen smiling and high fiving each other as they walked away, leaving the man behind.

Moments later, three people show up to go through the victm's pockets, taking his cell phone and identification, police said.

The alleged attackers then return to the scene to take a picture of the victim lying on the ground.

The victim remains hospitalized in critical condition with a fractured skull.
