From the south shore of Staten Island after Hurricane Sandy to the visit of Pope Francis to New York City – I’ve been lucky to cover big New York City stories from the street and from the studio over more than 20 years with WCBS Newsradio 880.

I started my New York City radio career as a reporter in 1988. When I hear about a breaking news story usually my first thought involves someone we can call who would know whats going on…Or “how would I get there?” I think that’s part of what makes WCBS Newsradio 880 a great place.

When there is a big story our reporters and anchors do more than just talk about it!
